Recently, after receiving many feedbacks on the Ranked PVP mode, we have acknowledged that there is an issue relating to disconnection during the match.
Please fill this form with detailed information of the disconnection issue you have in the Ranked PVP mode.
As of now, we are also working to find the solution for this issue. Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry for the inconvenience. Your submission would be much appreciated.

💭 After the Ranked PVP mode was released a few days ago, we acknowledge that there is a common connection issue during Ranked matches, causing an unusually high disconnection rate while playing. This badly affects players' gaming experience and also the ranking process.
🟢 We have now released the latest update to limit this issue and will continue to check up the game if it continues to occur.
📂 If players continue to have disconnection problems, please report them in the form:
👥 To assure that the issue won't occur again, we also hope to receive support from a group of community members, who would directly participate in aiding the dev team to track this issue. For members who want to support the dev team to handle this issue, please DM Joseph for support instructions.
